Ransomware Recovery - Lehi, UT
Disaster Recovery
Nothing is more frightening than having your business taken over by ransomware. Well, this was the unfortunate case for our Lehi client. We took the call on Thursday that the owner had been locked out of the server and none of his files were accessible. By Monday morning we had all of their 12 workstations up and running and they were able to do business again. Over the next week, we brought up their server and restored the files, bringing the company completely operational. We then implemented a disaster recovery plan that backed up every workstation and the data share to the cloud allowing any device in the office to be restored back to functioning in about an hour while retaining all of their files from their most current backup the night before.
Ransomware was not a fun experience for the owners and we are grateful for their confidence in us to get them back up and running.
